Cancellation Policy

This experience requires a non-refundable deposit to secure helicopter access and crew availability. - For Ground Sessions: The helicopter will remain fully stationary and powered off. Clients must not attempt to operate any controls. - For Flying Sessions: Participants must follow all pilot safety briefings. Flight paths and "doors-off" options are subject to pilot discretion and weather conditions. Strict weight limits apply; accurate weights must be provided at booking and checked before departure. - General Rules: Clients must follow all crew instructions at all times. Any damage caused to the aircraft or equipment will be the client's full financial responsibility. Sessions may be terminated immediately without refund if safety protocols are violated.
